Music – it can make or break a workout.
You know how the story goes: one good song can inspire you to push your limits, but one bad song can make you feel ready to throw in the towel. The beat needs to be just right, if you know what I mean.
Luckily, group fitness instructors at UF make amazing playlists. I’ve slowly become addicted to the heart-pumping jams played during cycle.
Although I attend a lot of classes, I do work out on my own once or twice per week. Needless to say, I can’t always rely on an instructor to choose songs for me, which is why I created a playlist of workout jams I’ve been loving this fall.
The list found below is pretty diverse and contains a good mix of group fitness songs and personal favorites. Click on the title of each song to see if you like it.
