Spotify is really the bomb. I spend waaaayyy too much time making playlists. It’s my favorite form of procrastination.
If you don’t have a free account, you’re really missing out. Just add songs, download the playlist to a device and BAM – instant motivation to work out, study, clean the house, etc. Could it be any easier!?!
Spring is right around the corner, so I thought I’d share a playlist that will help put the “spring” back in your step in terms of working out. Check it out below.
Keeping things fresh and new always motivates me to exercise. Changing up my playlists is one of the easiest ways I “refresh.”
