As promised, I’ve got another gluten-free recipe for you guys.
Much to my surprise, this grain-free bread actually looks and tastes like bread.
This super-easy recipe produces a loaf that’s moist like a banana bread but spongy and soft like sandwich bread.
Yes, the loaf is small, but your could easily double the ingredients in the recipe to make a bigger one.
A slice of this gluten-free bread tastes good all on its own, but I like to top mine with a little almond butter. Now that I’m thinking about it, some strawberry jelly with your favorite nut butter would taste pretty awesome too. I’ll have to make that happen soon . . . 🙂
