It’s the end of July, and I’m dying for a power yoga or vinyasa class. A month at Fort Knox for training with ZERO stretching and a week in bed with tonsillitis has killed my flexibility. Does running make anyone else crave yoga? Maybe I’m crazy, but all I can think about besides literally drinking a gallon of water after a long run is dropping into pigeon or triangle pose.
